Site Supervisor (Interior Design)

Job Description

Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
Conduct site survey and measurement work.
Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification, and procedure.
Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
Report any discrepancies or delays in works and follow-up procedures.
Prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents.
Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies.
Ensure project activities are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
Responsible of workers safety and cleanliness at project site.
Attend project/site meetings coordinate site activities.
Able to work under pressure.

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
Preferably candidates specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Good working attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel to any project site at any time
Basic computer skills.
Possess own transport.
Able to work under minimum supervision, independently and in a team.
Able to work long hours, weekend and Public Holidays when required.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
