What you will do:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings. 
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information. 
  • Handle correspondence and communication with key clients. 

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare reports on key account performance and activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. 
  • Support the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.  

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).
  • Comfortable with digital communication tools.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Resilience and perseverance in handling rejections or challenges.

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.
