Funding Societies is an online P2P platform for SMEs to acquire loans to fuel their growth and for investors to crowdlend the SME loans.

<li>Support Customer Engagement: Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries via our omni-channel support systems. You will learn to engage with speed, empathy, and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Assist with Onboarding &amp; Compliance: Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks under supervision.</li>
<li>Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio to ensure the department runs efficiently.</li>
<li>Data Compilation: Assist in gathering feedback from chats &amp; calls for the team to look into service improvements. </li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics, learning how individual performance impacts company goals.</li>
<li>Culture &amp; Values: Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and a commitment that aligns with our mission and company values.</li>
