Job Description

What you will do:

Dealer Acquisition & Sales Support

  • Identify and onboard new car dealers (used & new car dealers)
  • Assist in promoting HP financing products to dealers
  • Support senior sales team in achieving disbursement targets
  • Follow up on leads and dealer enquiries

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with assigned dealers
  • Provide product updates, campaign info, and rate changes
  • Assist dealers in submitting complete HP applications
  • Resolve basic dealer issues and escalate when needed

Loan Pipeline Management

  • Track HP applications from submission to disbursement
  • Liaise with Credit (CA) and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing
  • Ensure documents are complete and compliant with HP requirements
  • Monitor approval and drawdown turnaround time (TAT)

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of sales campaigns (e.g., low rate promo, high MOF campaign)
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and dealer communications
  • Participate in roadshows, dealer visits, and industry events
  • Gather market feedback on competitors and pricing

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all HP applications comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support proper documentation (HP agreement, KYC, supporting docs)
  • Maintain accurate records in system (e.g., loan status, dealer info)

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Interest in automotive financing / Hire Purchase
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of loan/financing concepts is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with HP loan process or dealer financing (DF / floorstock)
  • Understanding of basic credit documents (IC, payslip, bank statement)
  • Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools
