Job Description

 

  • Content Creation:
    Develop, design, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
     
  • Social Media Strategy:
    Plan and implement effective monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal trends.
     
  • Community Management:
    Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; manage online reputation.
     
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for optimization.
     
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain an innovative brand presence.
     
  • Campaign Management:
    Support the development and execution of paid and organic social media campaigns.
     
  • Collaboration:
    Work with designers, content writers, marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand communication.
     
  • Influencer & Partnership Coordination:
    Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
     
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered).
     
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
     
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
     
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
     
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
     
  • Basic knowledge of paid social advertising is a plus.
