Job Description

As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will be responsible to assist the team in maintaining our e-commerce stores (on Shopee, Lazada & TikTok), work closely with our e-commerce partners with the goal of developing our amazing beauty brands (which includes Embryolisse, Phyto, Celimax, Fation, Wellage, Mustela, etc) and growing our sales.

• Support the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms including order processing, logistic and inventory matters;
• Assist in ensuring all e-commerce platforms are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory replenishment etc.; 
• Provide timely and effective customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving pending issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining chat response rate required by the platforms;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.

• Diploma/Degree student in relevant field;
• Highly self-motivated, good attention to detail, problem solver, sales-oriented, committed to learning on the job, and passionate in e-commerce;
• Proficient in written and spoken bilingual (both English and Malay);
• Competent in Microsoft Office;
• Able to start work immediately is a plus - do kindly let us know when your internship availability period is.

This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Malaysia who hold valid Malaysian citizenship.
