As a Warehouse Assistant, you are the backbone of our supply chain, keeping stock accurate, orders ready, and daily operations smooth so our retail and e-commerce teams can deliver on time.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, update stock records, and help keep inventory accurate through regular counts.
• Report stock discrepancies and assist in routine stock reconciliation tasks.

Order Fulfillment & Packaging

• Pick orders accurately from picking lists, pack items to company standards, and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Label and organise products for courier handover while maintaining product presentation and condition.

Operational Support & Safety

• Support daily warehouse tasks including cleaning, basic equipment checks, and maintaining simple administrative logs.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines to protect products and team members.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Kindly let us know your internship period start and end date.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse duties. 
• This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Malaysia who hold valid Malaysian citizenship.  

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with order picking, packaging and labeling, and basic inventory handling.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple logs and templates.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Reliable punctuality and a strong sense of accountability to meet shipping schedules.
• Good team attitude, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM) and Saturday (9AM - 1PM) 

Location: Jaya One, Petaling Jaya
