To do that, we’re looking for exceptional Live Stream Hosts — people who don’t just “go live,” but know how to turn every stream into a conversation people actually want to stay for.

Not someone who treats livestreaming like reading from a script.
Not someone who spends half the session looking at their phone.

We’re looking for natural communicators who enjoy being on camera, love interacting with people, understand beauty and skincare, and know how to keep viewers engaged, entertained, and curious enough to click “add to cart.”

Because this role isn’t just about live selling.
It’s about creating a live experience that makes people want to come back again and again.

🎯 Your Mission:

Own the livestream experience across our beauty and skincare brands.

Educate, entertain, and connect with audiences in real-time — with energy, confidence, and authenticity.

You’ll be the face (and voice!) of Fusion Cosmetics across:

• TikTok Live 
• Other livestream platforms as needed 

🎥 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

💄 Hosting Live Streams (Daily; As Scheduled)

• Host livestream sessions from our studio at Jaya One, PJ 
• Present skincare and beauty products with authenticity, energy, and confidence 
• Host product demos, tutorials, reviews, Q&A sessions, and promotional campaigns 
• Engage with audiences in real-time — answering questions, responding to comments, and building trust naturally 
• Help drive conversions through relatable, human-centered communication 
• Identify strong livestream moments that can later be repurposed into social media content 

🌊 Stay Trend-Smart

• Keep up with beauty, skincare, and TikTok trends 
• Adapt your hosting style based on what audiences are currently responding to 
• Understand different products and adjust your tone depending on the brand and campaign 

🧠 Know Your Stuff

• Learn and understand the products you’re presenting — what they do, who they’re for, and why customers should care 
• Learn how to sell naturally without sounding overly scripted 
• Be ready to host for different skincare and beauty brands — no two livestreams are the same

Job Requirements

⭐ What You Need To Be Great At:

• Confident and natural on-camera presence 
• Comfortable speaking live for extended periods with good energy and engagement 
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English is a plus!) 
• Able to think and respond quickly during live sessions 
• Strong communication skills — clear, persuasive, and relatable 
• Interested in beauty and skincare — whether you already love it or genuinely want to learn more 
• Skilled at engaging online audiences and maintaining viewer attention 
• Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar livestream platforms 
• Understanding livestream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions, etc.) is a bonus 

 Fresh graduates with strong confidence and personality are encouraged to apply.
Experienced livestream hosts are also welcome.
