Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the finance and admin department to oversee all financial and administrative matters in the company.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Prepare detailed reports, statistics, and help analyze financial performance, including budgetary variances.
• Liasing with tax agents, auditors and bankers to handle internal and external audits, taxation, statutory and banking matters, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement effective internal controls.
• Cashflow planning
• Oversee all AR/AP matters to ensure timely inflow and outflow
• Monitor inventory control, assist in performing quarterly stock take and oversee stock reconciliation

Job Requirements

To be part of our dynamic team, you need to have

• Possessing a Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Accounting & Finance field
• Knowledge on SQL accounting software is a huge advantage
• Maintain accurate record of income and expenditure reports.

• Educational Background: Must have at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification. A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field is also acceptable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL accounting software is essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is crucial.
• Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing environments including ability to work well under pressure and autonomously 
• Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt will be a significant advantage.
