To do that, we’re looking for ONE bold, driven Content Creator to own and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Not just someone who ChatGPTs the next caption, how to schedule posts or someone who thinks the job ends after posting a video.
We want a creative creator; a thinker and a doer. Someone who is glued on their ‘For You’ page, lives for beauty, knows how to catch attention in under 3 seconds, and can make skincare feel relatable, easy to understand and worth trying.
Because this role isn’t just about content. It’s about shaping trust, building community, and getting conversion. One scroll-stopping video at a time.
🎯 You Will Take Reign of :

Your content will:
<ul>
<li>Build distinct brand voices across platforms</li>
<li>Reach new audiences and grow engaged followers</li>
<li>Drive clicks, saves, DMs, and checkouts</li>
<li>Educate, entertain, and convert — without sounding like a sales pitch </li>
</ul>
<h3>📲 What You’ll Own:</h3>
<h4>✨ Social Media Execution</h4>
<ul>
<li>Schedule content</li>
<li>Adapt tone and style for each brand’s unique identity</li>
<li>Engage with followers : comments, DMs, feedback loops</li>
<li>Identify moments to jump into trends and beauty conversations </li>
</ul>
<h4>🎬 Content Creation (Fast, Clean, On-Point)</h4>
<ul>
<li>Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut</li>
<li>Create story-led, platform-native content for IG Reels, TikTok, FB</li>
<li>Develop product explainers, how-tos, before/afters, UGC-style edits</li>
<li>Use Canva or Capcut to support visual consistency when needed</li>
<li>Ideate fast and create even faster , volume and organisation skill is part of the game </li>
</ul>

<li>Track what’s working and pivot when it’s not</li>
<li>Spot beauty/skincare trends early and jump on them creatively</li>
<li>Work with feedback; from data, from users, from your team</li>
