You will be the backbone of our warehouse, keeping stock accurate, orders flowing, and the team organised so store shelves and online orders stay filled on time.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, record stock accurately, and update inventory records in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report variances to supervisors.

Order & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with attention to accuracy and packaging standards.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and maintain basic fulfilment metrics and documentation.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse following company procedures and safety practices.
• Support administrative tasks, prepare routine reports, and assist with stock audits and paperwork.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or FMCG warehousing.
• SPM or equivalent; diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse duties.
• This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Malaysia who hold valid Malaysian citizenship.  

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of warehouse inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
• Comfortable using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for stock reports and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with order picking, RFID tagging and scanning, and basic stock control procedures.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Demonstrated accountability, punctuality, and professional responsibility in daily tasks.
• Clear communication and ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday (9am-1pm) 

Location: Jaya One, Petaling Jaya
