The Operations and Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging sales efforts with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  3. Client Onboarding
    - Manage the transition of clients from sales to the project delivery team.
    - Ensure project scopes, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and communicated.
