Future Farms' Core Tenet

The role entails:

<li>Learning and having a deep understanding of our processes and workflows.</li>
<li>Designing, implementing, improving and maintaining electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for our plant factories while exploring relevant opportunities.</li>
<li>Solve challenging problems and come up with ‘out of the box’ solutions that can be directly applied to our processes in order to improve productivity, quality and sustainability while reducing costs.</li>
<li>Provide sustaining engineering support through detailed failure analysis, technical support, alternate component recommendations, documentations revisions, assembly support and training support to resolve issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist in plant factory expansions and new plant factories planning and set-up.</li>
<li>Apply Quality Control proceedings and standards for all in-house developed equipment</li>
<li>Eventually come up with relevant procedures to test and characterise equipment utilised in our facilities</li>
<li>Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors whenever necessary as well with vendors to reduce manufacturing costs.</li>
</ul>

We want a talented Junior Engineer with a Mechatronics orientation to join us and create cool stuff within Indoor Farming.
