Job Description
FWD Insurance Berhad and BSN are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Insurance Advisors to join our dynamic team. This exciting joint venture combines the strengths of a leading insurance provider with a trusted local bank, offering opportunities for career growth. You will play a key role in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. This position will be based at one of the BSN branches.
- To help BSN's customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance product
- To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face(F2F/virtually)
- To deliver best-in-class sales practices and provide customer service
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
Job Requirements
- Possess recognized degree or diploma in any field
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
- HIghly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Possess PCE/CEILI/PCIL license is an added advantage
- Willing to travel as and when required
