Job Description

Account Payable (AP)

  • Process supplier invoices and payments in compliance with company procedures and approval requirements.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
  • Update cashbook records and bank transactions daily, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Prepare rental invoices and intercompany chargeback invoices in accordance with approved agreements and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate and liaise with tenants on rental-related matters.
  • Liaise with suppliers, banks, and internal departments on routine payment matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts payable records to support audits.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and audit-related activities as required.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • 3 years of related working experience, preferably in engineering consultancy firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook & PDF
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Tasik Selatan.
  • Preferably able to start immediately.
