Job Overview:

The Finance Intern will support the finance team in daily operations, financial analysis, and reporting while gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business operations. This role provides exposure to financial processes and helps develop practical skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Help track expenses, budgets, and financial transactions.
• Conduct basic financial analysis, such as variance analysis or trend monitoring.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects, audits, or regulatory reporting tasks.
• Learn and apply financial software, Excel models, and reporting tools.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accouningng software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop practical finance skills in a professional environment.
• Willing to travel to HCK Tower, Damansara Perdana.
