PLAYA Racquet Club is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive to take our brand to new heights. If you have a passion for sports, lifestyle branding, and community engagement, this is your opportunity to be part of something exciting!&nbsp;
This role requires a hands-on, creative, and strategic thinker who can drive PLAYA’s marketing efforts forward while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Marketing Planning &amp; Execution – Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Brand Awareness &amp; Engagement – Develop ideas for Open Play sessions, tournament planning, and other social activities that enhance PLAYA’s brand presence.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Social Media &amp; Content Strategy – Work with our social media team to develop content plans, campaigns, and engagement strategies.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Merchandise Development – Oversee merchandise sourcing, design, and rollout to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Partnership &amp; Sponsorship Development – Identify and collaborate with brands, influencers, and corporate partners to expand PLAYA’s reach and o;erings.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Community Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with the local pickleball and racquet sports community to drive participation and loyalty.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Membership Growth, Retention &amp; Database Management – Develop and execute campaigns to attract and retain members while maintaining a structured lead database for e;ective tracking, follow-ups, and targeted outreach.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Data &amp; Performance Analysis – Track and analyze marketing efforts, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve results.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Event Execution &amp; On-Ground Activation – Oversee the execution of marketing events, ensuring seamless coordination, branding, and guest experience.</li>
</ul>
