WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services in line with company needs and budgets
• Research and evaluate suppliers to find quality products at competitive prices
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
• Support negotiations with vendors to secure the best terms
• Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements
• Identify potential alternative products or suppliers when issues arise
• Foster and maintain good relationships with vendors and stakeholders

Job Requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative related roles
• Strong research skills and a keen eye for finding great deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Positive, cheerful, and proactive attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and comfortable working with purchasing systems
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/ Cantonese
• Posses own transport and able to travel between locations within Klang Valley
