<li>Manage daily E-Commerce operations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and smooth campaign execution.</li>
<li>Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage customer service activities by responding to inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely manner across all platforms.</li>
