Job Description

Website Management & Traffic Growth:

• Monitor and oversee the product listings, pricing, and promotions across all eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure the website is fully optimized for traffic, performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a visually appealing and informative site.

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and increase online sales.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Customer Services Management:

• Maintain the customer services management 
• Responsible for managing the company’s customer service activities and ensuring all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

Inventory & Order Management:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and returns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration:

• Work with external partners (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers) to optimize eCommerce operations.
• Liaise with third-party marketplaces to expand online presence and sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in using analytics tools to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
