Job Description
● Manage product procurement and supplier coordination
● Source and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and product availability
● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
● Plan and execute visual merchandising setup for outlets and events
● Ensure product displays are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns
● Coordinate logistics and product arrangements for new outlet setups and events
● Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchasing records
● Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to support business needs.
Job Requirements
● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
● Prior experience in procurement, merchandising, retail operations, or inventory management is an added advantage
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
● Able to travel when required for outlet setups and events
● Can work in Penang/ Selangor
