Job Summary
Responsible for the coordination and monitoring in compliance with specification and Project Quality Plan requirements. To oversee the inspection and verification roles and quality related issues dto ensure contract works comply with contract specification and drawings. To assist Structural, M&E and architecture departments to submit to the related consultants the works method statement and material samples.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• To oversee quality inspection and verification of construction works.
• To carry out random inspection and verification of quality works.
• To identify and report and non-conformance and quality works
• Liaise with sub contractors for solution and correction of defective works.
• To reply/issue non-conformance Observation to / from SC.
• To ensure the appropriate testing method and quality control testing are carried out and comply with design intent and project specification.
• To ensure materials and workmanship compliance with specification.
• To carried out on and off site inspection.
• To issues memo to SC, highlighting potential problem matter in quality.
• To assist respective section/department managers on the submission of method statement and materials samples
• To assist Project Quality Manager on preparation and updating project quality documents.
• To attend progress site progress meetings with client & consultants.
• To attend progress site progress meetings with sub-contractors.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
Minimum Degree or equivalent
Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of construction activities, Knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
• Minimum 3-4-year experience in buildings construction
• Able to communicate with all levels, detail oriented, punctual and willing to take initiative.
