HRIS Specialist will manage the successful execution, maintenance and improvement of HR systems (HRIS) which include all internal HR systems, Payroll system and other third-party integration related to HR data including producing the data analytic.
Continuous Improvement and HRIS Support
• Collaborate with HR Operations Delivery team and Business HR to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead the implementation and roll out of new process improvement initiatives or changes to current processes in collaboration with key team members.
• Report key indicators for the business to measure the effect of process improvement efforts.
• Document and communicate process updates to different users in the organization.
• Develop next level data and performance parameters in coordination with continuous improvement specialists and HR operations delivery team.
• Effective and efficient service provision in line with service level agreements and Customer Satisfaction targets.
• Provide functional and technical support and maintenance requests on HR systems in SuccessFactors including the whole range of processes: Employee Central, Organization Management, Roles and Authorization, Compensation, Pay & Time Management, Talent, and Learning.
• Assist with quarterly SAP Success Factors releases.
• Assist in implementing, testing and supporting the HR systems and business process documentation.
• Provide HRIS training and support to users.
Reporting and Data Analytic
• Provide analysis and support on the use and interpretation of the measurement and reporting data.
• Deliver defined standard and adhoc reporting requests from HR stakeholders
• Generate, collect, cleanse, and deliver requested data from authorized requestors.
• Plan data collection, including the types of data and time of data to be captured.
• Primarily responsible to generate performance reports and provide input and recommendation on reporting, and analysis based on performance trends.
• Implement reporting changes within the scope of assigned responsibilities within HR
• Delivery of all designated reporting activities as detailed in Service Catalogue.
• Develop next level data and performance parameters in coordination with continuous improvement specialists and HR operations delivery team
