Pre & Post Contracts Administration
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in Pre-Contract activities; preparation of tender documents, measurements and tender & procurement process
2. Assist in Post-Contract activities; attend project progress meeting, site evaluation, preparation of interim payment, general correspondence
3. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor of Quantity Surveying
Skills & Abilities
1. Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
2. Proficient in any specialist software
3, Numeracy
4. Great teamwork & committed
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Fresh graduate / 1 year experience in construction field
