Job Summary

Responsible in daily tasks and operations of the sports registration counter and attending to members/customers enquiries.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Portray a presentable image at all times in proper uniform/attire, neat hairstyle and grooming.
• To practice good customer relation skill and good personal etiquette at all times.
• Adhere to the working schedule and be punctual at all times
• To ensure accuracy of all sports and recreational activities / games booking.
• Appropriate telephone etiquette and be tactful in handling and attending to customer enquiries and problems.
• Standard booking is not allowed and to practice equal and fairness approach to all members and guests. Each membership is allow to book for one hour / one court only.
• Timely booking of court or facility scheduling for sports lesson. To inform members of any notification of cancellation of classes/sports lessons.
• To ensure that all members and guests (maximum 3 guests per member) register and charged the required fees before using the facilities. Request for membership card for verification upon registration.
• To check and monitor attendance of sports lesson students and monthly payment of sports lesson fee must be collected from students’ accordance to the standard procedure.
• To be well versed in the club rules & regulations and by-laws and enforcement when required. 
• To ensure that children below the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by the parents or an adult upon registration.
• Complete and check the details of daily sales summary.  Daily sales summary and collection must be submitted daily to the designated safe deposit box accompanied by the manager of duty or security guard.
• To maintain cleanliness of all sports outlets and report if any defect of facilities immediately.
• To assist in planning and organizing club event or tournaments.
• To be responsible in monitoring the general maintenance of racquet sports areas and equipment and report to superior / Maintenance Department of any defects.
• Well equipped with general knowledge of racquet sports rules, gym equipment, maintenance of pool and related to Sports & recreational.
• To patrol the courts and check on receipts on ad hoc basis or when necessary to deter unregistered guests using the facilities.  Initial and write on the slip the time of inspection for verification. Advise and ensure guests pay the required fees/penalty.
• Daily check and ensure computer, printer and credit card machine are in good order inclusive of required stationery, registration forms, receipts,  must be in sufficient stock.
• Well versed in the SOP for emergency and ensure that the list of emergency contact numbers is updated.
• Check and replenish first aid kit as and when required.
• Never disclose information related to Club Members and Company information to any unauthorized person/s. 
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

• SPM / STPM

• Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to communicate well with people from all levels.

• Able to work independently and committed to work.
• Good teamwork spirit.
   

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• 1 – 2 years working experience in the related field.
