Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural / Drafter to join our growing Property Development team. You will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting architectural design and project execution from planning through construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD. 
• Produce layout plans, working drawings, submission drawings, and construction details. 
• Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal departments. 
• Assist in project planning, design development, and documentation. 
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and monitor construction progress when required. 
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements and company standards. 
• Organise and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation. 
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and design proposals. 
• Support the Project Manager or Architect with day-to-day project coordination. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in architecture, drafting, or the construction industry. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD. 
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. 
• Knowledge of local authority submission procedures is an added advantage. 
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines. 
• Applicants residing in Terengganu or nearby areas are preferred. 
• Applicants who possess their own reliable transportation are preferred.
