We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Intern to support our project and technical team in property development works. The intern will gain practical exposure to construction processes, project coordination, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and supervising ongoing construction and infrastructure works 
• Support the project team in reviewing drawings, plans, and technical documents 
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities 
• Assist in site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and standards 
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project records 
• Support in quantity take-off and basic cost estimation (if required) 
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the project team

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 
• Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
