We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Intern to support our project and technical team in property development works. The intern will gain practical exposure to construction processes, project coordination, and site management.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in monitoring and supervising ongoing construction and infrastructure works&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the project team in reviewing drawings, plans, and technical documents&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project records&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support in quantity take-off and basic cost estimation (if required)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the project team</li>
</ul>
