Job Description
- Assist in preparing tender documents and bills of quantities (BQ)
- Support cost estimation and budgeting works
- Assist in site valuation and verification of work progress
- Help prepare progress claims and cost reports
- Liaise with project teams on site progress and cost matters
- Assist in tracking project costs and variations
- Maintain proper documentation and cost records
- Provide general support to the QS and project team
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields
- Basic understanding of construction costs and measurement
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in construction and property development projects
