Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Director cum Scriptwriter to lead the creative vision of our video production house. This role requires an individual who is deeply involved in every stage of the creative process—from concept development to execution—ensuring that ideas align with client objectives while maintaining high-quality storytelling and production standards.

As a Creative Director, you will:

• Develop and pitch compelling creative concepts tailored to diverse client needs, including agencies, MNCs, and corporate brands.
• Write engaging scripts that bring stories to life across corporate films, commercials, brand videos, and campaign-driven content.
• Oversee the pre-production, production, and post-production phases, ensuring that the creative direction remains consistent and impactful.
• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and motion graphic designers to bring the vision to life.
• Guide and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet high artistic and strategic standards while also addressing the client’s goals and expectations.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a creative role within a production house, advertising agency, or media company. Experience as a Creative Director, Senior Copywriter, or Scriptwriter is highly valued.
• Strong portfolio showcasing scriptwriting, creative direction, and conceptual thinking across commercial and corporate video projects.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand communication, and audience engagement in video content.
• Ability to translate client briefs into compelling narratives and structured scripts.
• Experience in working with directors, producers, and post-production teams to oversee creative execution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to articulate creative vision and provide clear feedback.
• A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset to adapt to various creative challenges
