Job Description

 Exhibitor Coordination & Support

• Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors and maintain good working relationships.
• Clearly communicate exhibition details, timelines, policies, and procedures.
• Gather, organize, and respond to exhibitor needs, questions, and special requests.
• Assist exhibitors with registration, payment, and document submissions.

Event Organizer & Venue Coordination

• Liaise with venue and event planning companies to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Track progress and ensure third-party partners deliver services (e.g., booth layout, construction, on-site setup, activities) according to contracts and company standards.

Exhibition Ticketing Support

• Maintain ticketing databases and oversee payment status.
• Ensure all ticketing processes are smooth and timely.

Documentation & Data Management

• Maintain and update exhibitor database.
• Record key communications and resolutions with exhibitors and vendors.
• Support the preparation of exhibition reports and summary documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields (or equivalent qualifications recognized by Malaysian universities).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in exhibition operations, event coordination, or project support. Experience with large-scale expos is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills – able to professionally and patiently manage stakeholders.
• Strong client service mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
