Responsibilities / 职责:

• Organize and manage appointments and schedules for team members. / 组织和管理团队成员的日程安排。
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support. / 处理客户咨询并提供卓越支持。
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events. / 协助内部及外部活动的策划与执行。

Job Requirements

Requirements / 任职要求:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with content creation, copywriting, and marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are preferred but not required.
• 本科及以上学历，会计、金融、工商管理或相关专业优先。
• 欢迎应届毕业生，有相关经验者优先考虑。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Outlook、PowerPoint 与 Excel。
• 具备良好的写作、编辑与校对能力。
• 优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力。
• 了解内容创作、文案写作及市场营销相关概念。
• 具备高度细致与主动积极的工作态度。
• 能够独立工作，同时具备团队协作能力。
• 必须具备中英文听说读写能力。
• 持有 ACCA、CPA、CIMA 等专业资格者优先（非必要条件）。
