Responsibilities / 职责:

  • Organize and manage appointments and schedules for team members. / 组织和管理团队成员的日程安排。

Job Requirements

Requirements / 职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    会计、金融、工商管理或相关专业本科毕业。 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
