Job Description

Looking for enthusiastic, proactive, customer-oriented individuals to represent the brand at selected retail outlets (including The Store and AEON). The role offers hands-on experience in retail operations, brand promotion, digital marketing, and online sales support while driving in-store and online sales for household products.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and introduce products professionally.
• Promote household products and actively drive sales to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised product display.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and retail outlet staff.
• Assist with in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Help prepare marketing materials, product displays, and promotional content.
• Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Support brand awareness activities and promotional events.
• Assist in managing online sales enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Support online order processing, sales follow-ups, and customer service.
• Assist in preparing product photos, promotional posts, and basic digital marketing content.
• Help update product listings, prices, and promotional information on online platforms.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Interested in retail sales, marketing, and online business.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
