Job Description

• Assist in the daily back-end operations of the Haulage, Finance, and Human Resources departments.
• Support transportation planning and logistics documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, data entry, filing, and preparation of financial records and reports.
• Support recruitment activities, employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain operational and administrative records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry best practices in logistics, finance, and human resource management.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Transportation, Logistics, Finance, or Human Resource principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to prepare simple reports and maintain documentation.
