Job Description

The operations manager oversees the entire supply chain by:

- Managing inventory effectively through detailed reporting on stock levels, storage arrangements, and standard operating procedures for goods handling.

- Optimizing the production process by enhancing skills to ensure the efficient handling of raw and perishable goods delivered to customers daily, emphasizing packaging, hygiene, and quality.

- Overseeing distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery by makesure during packing period all must be on time to avoid delay of delivery time.

- Monitoring sales to guarantee the quality and quantity of product supply meet customer demands in advance, which helps build trust and encourages repeat orders or referrals to potential new clients.

  • Assist in scheduling and training staff to ensure consistency and quality in service.
  • Address guest inquiries and handle service issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement promotions and enhance guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Related Field
    Able to do report in english/and comunnicate well in english and malay. Chinese candidates will be an advantage.
