You're a design student or fresh graduate who's hungry to get real agency experience - not coffee runs and filing. You'll be working directly alongside our Multimedia Designer on live client work, handling digital adaptations, asset resizing, and BAU content production.

What you'll be doing:

• Resizing and adapting existing creative assets across digital formats and platforms
• Supporting BAU content production for retail and telco clients
• Assisting with basic motion graphics and animated social content
• Organising and managing asset libraries and production files

Supporting the team with any execution tasks during campaign production cycles

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related field

• Basic proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro - you don't need to be advanced, but you need to know your way around
• Familiar with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Organised, reliable, detail-oriented - adaptation work requires precision
• Able to take creative direction and execute without constant supervision
• Portfolio or coursework showing motion or digital design work - even student projects count

Nice to have:

• Any exposure to social media content production
• Basic understanding of brand guidelines
