• Develop & Customize – Build high-performing eCommerce solutions with custom themes, plugins, and integrations for WooCommerce and Shopify.
   
• Optimize User Experience – Ensure seamless, responsive, and scalable online stores that deliver smooth checkout flows across all devices.
   
• Collaborate & Deliver – Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to translate business needs into reliable, pixel-perfect code.
   
• Stay Ahead – Continuously research and implement the latest tools, apps, and best practices in WooCommerce, Shopify, and eCommerce tech.
   
• Maintain Excellence – Manage multiple projects, write clean and well-documented code, and contribute to improving team processes and standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in WooCommerce and/or Shopify development, with a strong portfolio of live eCommerce projects.
   
• Solid knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Liquid, HTML, and CSS for building and customizing themes, plugins, and integrations.
   
• Experience with WooCommerce/Shopify APIs and third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping, CRM, ERP, or marketing tools).
   
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring flawless performance across devices.
   
• Familiarity with Git/version control and collaborative development workflows.
   
• Ability to optimize site performance, checkout flows, and user experience for scalability and conversions.
   
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to clients and non-technical team members.
   
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
   
• Good command of English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
   

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with Shopify app development or custom WooCommerce extensions.
   
• Knowledge of headless commerce, React/Vue, or Tailwind CSS.
