Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
   
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
   
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
   
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
   
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

Job Requirements

• Prioritize candidates with a background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
   
• Fresh graduates are welcome if eager to learn and develop accounting skills
   
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients
   
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero) is preferred
   
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
   
• Good organizational and time management abilities
   
• Possess a professional mindset and willingness to learn
