Job Description

• Prepare and submit budgetary estimates based on tender drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost analysis across all disciplines.
   
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and evaluation of claims.
   
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
   
• Work closely with site managers, site engineers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to timeline.
   
• Source for new materials and suppliers, while continuously updating pricing and cost information.
   
• Manage material procurement, including placing orders and monitoring delivery schedules.
   
• Coordinate and submit project-related documents to clients and relevant authorities.
   
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers).
   
• Possess a valid driving license.
   
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
   
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
   
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
