Sales & Marketing Intern Ad Sales Marketing | Digital Marketing | & Mass Communication Internship (Johor Bahru Only)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic university/college student who is currently looking for an internship placement in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, or a related field to join our team in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.

This internship is a great opportunity for students who want to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, customer communication, social media, lead generation and business development.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support daily marketing activities, customer engagement and promotional campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the team with daily sales and marketing activities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Support social media marketing activities on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Assist with creating marketing content and promotional materials
• Help manage and follow up with customer enquiries and leads
• Communicate with potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
• Assist with lead generation and customer outreach
• Support promotional events, workshops and company activities
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, proposals and materials
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Maintain customer and lead information
• Assist the team in tracking marketing campaigns and sales activities
• Support customer engagement and follow-up activities
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas
• Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the team

Internship Location

📍 Taman Molek, Johor Bahru, Johor

Important: This is an on-site internship position in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru. Applicants should be able to commute to our office.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Office Administration 
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply 
• Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Interested in sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development 
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms 
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn 
• Good organisational and follow-up skills 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team 
• Willing to assist with sales, marketing and administrative tasks 
• Able to work on-site at Taman Molek, Johor Bahrunts with no prior working experience are welcome to apply
