<p><h1 class="display-l text-uppercase mb-5">Strategy Analyst</h1><h2 class="heading-l text-primary text-uppercase">The Role</h2><p>The Strategy Analyst will work with senior leadership to conduct analyses and formulate recommendations to facilitate decision-making, co-develop plans to implement strategic priorities, and support implementation of strategy.</p><hr class="text-warning my-5"><h2 class="heading-l text-primary text-uppercase">Key Responsibilities</h2><p>You will be responsible for both the in-person and virtual community strategy. You will be responsible for the following:</p><ul><li>Conduct research and due diligence into strategic and tactical opportunities, including through conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses</li><li>Synthesise findings and translate analyses into insights</li><li>Communicate findings and insights in a clear, structured manner</li><li>Co-develop and prioritise recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate implementation planning for strategic priorities including the structuring initiatives, defining KPIs, developing timelines, and formulating resource requests</li><li>Support change management related to implementation of strategic priorities including assisting with initiatives to build buy-in and conviction in strategy</li><li>Support regular reporting and facilitate problem solving of issues related to implementation of strategic priorities</li></ul><div class="row"><div class="col-lg-6"><div class="card shadow rounded-3 h-100"><div class="card-body p-4"><h2 class="heading-l"><span class="text-primary">Required skills</span> of an ideal candidate:</h2><ul><li>A relevant degree.
