Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Duration: 3 months-6 months

Job Scope / Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. The intern will support daily administrative and operational tasks, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of a B2B business environment and develop valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations.
  • Help maintain and update databases, records, and inventory systems.
  • Perform research and compile data to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed.
  • Contribute to internal projects across departments such as HR, finance, operations, or marketing.

Job Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:
