Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Maximise sales opportunities through product recommendations.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure stock replenishment.
• Handle cash and cashless sales transactions accurately.
• Promote and explain membership card benefits to customers.
• Support stock management activities including stock take, ordering, and receiving goods.
• Ensure cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
