Job Description
- Assist the Store in Charge in overseeing overall outlet operations
- Handle daily store tasks, including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong rapport with customers
- Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth
- Ensure cash handling is accurate and in accordance with set procedures, and maintain proper operational records
- Actively promote products and ongoing promotions to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in all aspects of outlet operations, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, reporting, and store operations
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
