Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Initiate, brainstorm, research the ingredients and formulate new products or revise existing products</li>
<li>Collaborate with Brand &amp; Marketing Team in conceptualizing product innovations through regular market &amp; customer research</li>
<li>Conduct sensory evaluation and efficacy of developed products</li>
<li>Improve product formulation and processes to optimize sales, productivity, and cost</li>
<li>Manage product classification, labelling, registration, testing, and certification processes</li>
<li>Ensure the latest regulations, standards, policies &amp; procedures are incorporated into product SOP and work with the production team to enforce the requirements</li>
<li>Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to rectify product-related issues</li>
<li>Coordinate with other departments to execute product development plans</li>
<li>Provide product analysis reports to management in a timely manner</li>
<li>Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management</li>
