Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
- Proactively generate new sales leads and expand our customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the collection of accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to client locations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Relevant experience in renovation supplies or furniture hardware supplies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of own transportation.
