🎥 What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
- 🎯 Plan & create content strategy untuk semua social media company (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube).
- 🔥 Spot & join trending topics – dari TikTok trends sampai viral wedding vibes.
- 📹 Brainstorm idea dengan team shooter untuk buat video yang engaging + scroll-stopper.
- 📝 Tulis caption, skrip, konsep konten yang boleh tarik leads (bukan sekadar likes).
- 💬 Engage dengan followers & potential clients – reply komen, DM, create conversation.
- 📊 Monitor performance – tengok views, leads, engagement – dan improve plan untuk next round.
- 🌟 Kadang-kadang boleh jadi talent – kalau confident nak appear dalam video, lagi best.

- 🧠 Creative thinker – ada idea fresh, tak takut try benda baru.
- 📱 Suka explore TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts – faham trend & algorithm.
- 💬 Pandai engage – boleh jadi voice of brand yang fun, friendly & approachable.
- 🖥️ Wajib pandai guna Canva & CapCut (tools utama).
- 🎬 Bonus kalau tahu guna software lain (VN, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, AI tools).
- 🏃♀️ Boleh kerja laju, adapt dengan event vibes (sometimes fast pace).
- 🧑🎓 Fresh grad / junior welcome – asalkan ada passion & energy.
