Do you love decor setups, stage planning, client handling, or wedding coordination — but not sure where you fit yet?

We’re offering an exciting internship for Event Management students who want hands-on experience with weekly live events, especially in the wedding & luxury event industry. From lighting, sound, décor setup, client coordination, to grand ballroom vibes — you’ll get to explore it all

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎯 Event Execution (Every Week!)

• Be part of the core team handling live weddings & events every weekend
• Assist in different roles: Frontline (ushering, client handling), Backline (setup & logistics), Stage & Lighting, Event Décor, and more
• Learn how a full event flows — from setup, to guest arrival, to pack down
   

📋 Coordination & Planning

• Support the team in coordinating wedding and event timelines
• Work with planners and operation leads to understand the full structure of an event
• Communicate with vendors, crews, and talents (where needed)
   

💡 Hands-On Exposure to ALL Segments

• Not just stuck in one role! You’ll rotate across roles based on event needs
• Discover your passion — whether it's production, styling, client service, or stage work
   

Job Requirements

Who You Are:

✔️ Event Management or Hospitality student (diploma/degree level)
✔️ Passionate about weddings, events, and real-life execution
✔️ Not afraid to get your hands dirty — from carrying props to dressing a stage
✔️ Team player, fast learner, and ready to work on your feet
✔️ Available on weekends and occasional weekdays for event execution
✔️ Want to learn in a fast-paced, real event environment (not just teori ya!)

Bonus if You:

⭐ Love organizing things and solving problems
⭐ Have experience volunteering in events
⭐ Are confident with people or enjoy working behind the scenes
⭐ Can handle pressure and still smile 😄
