About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Intern to support our senior designer and creative team in crafting beautiful visuals for weddings and events. This internship is a great opportunity for design students or fresh grads who want to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event styling and wedding design.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

🎨 Creative Design Support

• Assist in creating mood boards, color palettes, and decor concepts for weddings and events 
• Help produce design mockups and sketches using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Support in designing print materials like invitation cards, signage, posters, and bunting
   

💡 Trend & Visual Research

• Research current wedding design trends, themes, fonts, and styling inspirations
• Assist in sourcing references, visuals, or materials to build design presentations
   

🛠️ Production Assistance

• Prepare design files for printing or vendor handover
• Collaborate with the production team to understand how designs are executed
• Assist during event setups where visual materials are involved (optional but great exposure!)
   

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the senior creative designer and wedding planner team 
• Participate in creative brainstorming and feedback sessions
• Be involved in real wedding projects and contribute to actual client experiences

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Canva (Photoshop is a bonus)
• Has a good sense of aesthetics, color, layout, and typography
• Eager to learn and passionate about weddings, events, and design
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
   

Bonus if You:

• Have basic skills in photo or video editing
• Love creating wedding-related content or moodboards
• Are active on Pinterest or follow wedding/event trends
