Role Purpose
Deliver a welcoming, well-run store experience that delights customers and supports sales targets through great service, tidy merchandising, and reliable daily operations.
Key Responsibilities 
Daily Operations 
<ul>
<li>Support opening/closing, cash handling, stock checks, and store readiness per SOP.</li>
<li>Maintain store cleanliness and organization to company standards.</li>
</ul>
Sales &amp; Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Provide friendly, knowledgeable services; assist with upsell/cross-sell.</li>
<li>Help the team achieve daily/weekly sales targets and loyalty goals.</li>
</ul>
Visual Merchandising
<ul>
<li>Keep displays neat and aligned to VM guidelines, support refreshes and planogram changes.</li>
</ul>
Inventory &amp; Stock Handling
<ul>
<li>Receive/unpack/organize deliveries; replenish shelves; flag variances promptly.</li>
<li>Support peak/festive/event replenishment.</li>
</ul>
Team Support
<ul>
<li>Work closely with colleagues; uphold grooming and presentation standards; escalate issues appropriately.</li>
</ul>
